Overview

My husband, Michael Popper, passed away in June 2016 in Maine while we were on vacation doing something we loved. I, too, almost perished, but I am here, and I do this in his memory.

Michael and I were married 15 years; I hope to raise $15,000 to support two charities that support the environment and a healthy lifestyle. In the summer of 2018, I plan to walk from Nomehegan Park in Cranford, NJ - not far from where I live - to Gouldsboro, ME - the town where the accident took place - along the East Coast Greenway.  That's almost 900 miles.
